Maple Roasted Beets and Carrots

Ingredients
5 enormous carrots peeled & sliced
4 medium beets peeled & diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons natural maple syrup

Instructions:
