WHAT IS POSOLE? Posole is a wealthy stew, often made with gradual cooked pork, hominy, inexperienced chiles, and plenty of delicious toppings. Using the leftover pork helped this recipe come collectively truly fast, so here is a vast approach to take merit of these leftovers on busy nights. Pork is the ordinary meat for posole, but for the ones who have leftover fowl or red meat I say why now not pass forward and use that. I suppose it could be both as delicious! SAUCE IT UP! I stored the toppings for my posole easy to maintain charges low, but for the ones who desire to splurge I suppose this soup could be superior with a bit shredded cheddar, pepper jack, sour cream, or avocado.
