WORLD'S BEST CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD (NOT BREAD MACHINE) INGREDIENTS: 1⁄2 cup milk 1⁄3 cup warm water (must be among 110-115 degrees) 2 (1/8 ounce) programs energetic dry yeast 1 eggs 1⁄4 cup white sugar 1⁄3 teaspoon salt 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened 1⁄3 cup raisins 2 2⁄3 cups all-purpose flour 2⁄3 tablespoon milk 1⁄3 cup white sugar 1 tablespoon flooring cinnamon 2⁄3 tablespoon butter, melted (approx.)
