Halllooooo melty brie grilled cheese goodness! A whereas ago whereas looking Saturday morning cartoons with my kids, I saw an Elmer Fudd ‘music video’ the place he serenades a grilled cheese. At first I idea this was too bizarre to be on children TV as he was actually seducing that grilled cheese but I also kinda knew what he was singing about. Is there one thing as delicious as a really, REALLY nice grilled cheese? I get you Elmer, I get you. There’s one thing about melted cheese in usual that just attracts of us in like a moth to a flame. Add crisp bacon and sweet, caramelised onions and you've got perfection on bread. This is what I promise with this sandwich. Nothing fancy. Nothing flooring breaking.
