RASPBERRY ALMOND SHORTBREAD COOKIES
I’ve been so excited about posting this raspberry almond shortbread cookies recipe simply due to the fact it’s hands-down my favourite recipe of the year. It’s so very simple, but so amazingly good. These are simply my type of cookies, they usually grasp the spot as my favourite cookies to make throughout the holidays. I’m now not selected why, but whilst I saw those cookies in Better Homes and Gardens, I wasn’t actually impressed at first. I guess in my mind, thumbprint cookies are somewhat boring. Boy, was I TOTALLY incorrect on that one! The texture of those lovely little thumbprint cookies is perfect. They are somewhat crispy round the rims and tremendous gentle and chewy inside. The almond style is candy and the cookies are delicious and buttery. The candy raspberry jam inner the cookies actually sends them over the best and the sugary-glaze on best is divine. As a lot as I love chocolate, this specific cookie will win my vote each single time. I might devour an infinite...
