Peach cobbler is on my summertime favorites. Peel and split the peaches. (Some of us have informed me they didn’t peel the peaches and the recipe grew to become out fine, so peeling is as much as you.)  Place the peaches in a greased, 2-2.5 quart baking dish.

Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup sugar, depending at the sweetness of the peaches. Stir and set aside.
