Ingredients
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 lb flooring beef
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons Tamari extra as desired
or coconut aminos extra as desired
16 oz coleslaw mix
4 cups or chopped cabbage
1 teaspoon coconut vinegar
tablespoons sesame seeds optional
siracha, for topping, optional
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, upload the sesame oil to the pan.

When the pan is hot, upload the flooring beef, garlic, tamari and vinegar.

Break up the beef with a spatula.

When the beef is browned, upload the cabbage and stir till cooked well.

Taste and upload extra tamari, if desired.

Remove from burner and ideal with sesame seeds and siracha, if using. Serve and enjoy.
